POWERFUL QUESTIONS FOR SELF-REFLECTION

Are you ready?

How get teams and units to collaborate effectively for a bigger purpose?

reflect

Revisit:

Revisit your plan and look at how you did against the goals you set. Ask yourself

Have I achieved my goals?
Were my goals realistic?
What held me back from achieving my goals?
Was my plan flexible enough to adapt to market changes or life circumstances?
How focused was I on my goals?
Did I drift from my initial plan?
What could I have done differently?

reflect

Engage:

Reflect on your relationships, how well did you maintain or form new relationships

How engaged was I with colleagues, friends and family members?
How did I show up?
Did I actively listen? Did I listen to understand or I listened to answer?
Was I fully present when I was in their presence?
What got in my way of being authentically engaged?
Have I formed new relationships?
How effectively did I do that?

reflect

Fulfilment:

Reflect on your 2022, how happy, meaningful and fulfilling was your year

How meaningful was your year?
How vibrant were you through the year?
Were you connected with yourself?
Did you authentically show up through the year?
What held you back from having a fulfilling year?
What inspired you the most through the year?

reflect

Let go:

Let go of habits, behaviours and patterns of thoughts that don’t serve you anymore. Reflect on the way you conducted yourself and ask

How did it bring me closer to my goals?
What do I need to let go off; what things held me back from maximizing my performance, from exploiting my full potential?
What do I need to learn or adopt, a new way of doing or thinking?
What do I need to keep doing?

reflect

Embrace:

Embrace your 2022 experience, reflect on your learning curve

What did I learn through this year?
Did I stay in my comfort zone or had the courage to stretch out of it?
Did I resist or embrace changing circumstances?
What held me back from embracing changing circumstances?
How did it benefit me?
What was the most important thing I learnt this year that would help me in the future?

reflect

Cultivate:

Cultivate your inner champion and your positive emotions. Ask yourself

Which voice did I listen to more often, was it my inner champion or my inner critique?
How did that help me this year?
Did it allow me to move forward towards my goals? or did it hold me back from achieving my goals?
What energized me this year?
What made my heart sing this year?
What would I like to do more of in the next year?

reflect
